  • From our own trees growing next to our beehives, we get the most healing Extra Virgin Olive Oil pressed just few kilometres from our farm. This golden liquid enhances any dish with its distinctive flavor and is also used as natural medicine on our finca for humans and animals.

    Together with our partners, we work with the lunar calendar to determine the optimal times for planting, pruning, and harvesting the vines. We follow traditional biodynamic practices in our wine-making, from cultivating healthy soil to hand-harvesting the grapes at their peak.

    Why? Because we have seen the outstanding quality and taste these practices can deliver.

    Working together with nature brings out the best in all of us. Including wine.
